Tatiana McGlashan

Tatiana joins Childerstone as an Assistant Project Manager and is embarking on an exciting career within the construction project management sector. Having completed a degree in Marketing in 2024, she brings a diverse skill set developed through her academic studies and entrepreneurial experience, including strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Tatiana is due to commence a Master's degree in Construction Project Management in September 2026, demonstrating her commitment to developing her technical knowledge and building a strong foundation within the industry. Through a structured programme of professional development and hands-on project experience, she will support the wider Childerstone team in the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors.

Working alongside senior colleagues, Tatiana is keen to broaden her understanding of the construction industry, develop her project management expertise and contribute positively to the delivery of high-quality outcomes for our clients.
