We have experience of monitoring developments on behalf of pension funds and developers, providing a technical overview and support to forward funded projects and developments undergoing an acquisition during the construction stages. We ensure that we not only monitor quality, progress & programme, but that we also understand the funding arrangements and principles to ensure our clients’ interests are represented through to practical completion and ownership of the building.
