Sam Crooks

Sam is an experienced project management professional with over nine years of experience delivering large-scale mixed-use developments across both construction and client-side development roles.

His experience spans mixed-use development, leisure, commercial and retail projects, including four years as a Development Manager on the Canada Water masterplan, where he led the design development, planning applications and Gateway 2 submissions for major schemes. He also oversaw the delivery of the new Canada Water Leisure Centre and the handover of associated commercial office space.

Having started his career in construction management with a specialist Facade Contractor, Sam brings a strong technical understanding alongside a practical, delivery-focused approach. This breadth of experience enables him to support clients through all stages of the development and construction process.
