Martha Harris-Steers

Martha joined Childerstone in June 2026 and brings experience supporting the delivery of large-scale developments, including office and Electric Vehicle Charging Hubs (EVCH) schemes across London and Europe. Prior to joining Childerstone, she worked as a Project Coordinator for Lipton Rogers, developing skills in stakeholder engagement, project reporting, procurement, and financial administration.

As an Assistant Project Manager, Martha supports the wider Childerstone team across a range of projects while undertaking an MSc in Construction Project Management. Martha holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from Cardiff University and brings a diverse professional background, including experience in wholesale management and charity roles. Her strong organisational skills and collaborative approach provide valuable support to both project teams and clients.
