Description: Childerstone Project Management was appointed to deliver a UK-wide store rollout for Lovisa, managing the opening of multiple jewellery stores across high streets and shopping centres nationwide.

Our role included overseeing programme management, coordinating design and fit-out teams, managing approvals, and ensuring seamless delivery within live retail environments. Through careful planning and stakeholder coordination, each store was handed over on time and to Lovisa’s brand specifications, supporting their rapid UK expansion.
