Description: Childerstone Project Management is supporting Motor Fuel Group (MFG) with the redevelopment and extension of two forecourt retail sites, enhancing their food-to-go offering and improving customer experience.

At Dalton Park, we delivered a shop extension to accommodate a new Pret a Manger outlet alongside a remodel of the valet facilities within the retail outlet’s petrol filling station.

At Penrith, works involve extending and remodelling the building to create a new Greggs food-to-go offer, together with a refreshed retail space to modernise the site and strengthen its customer appeal.

Both schemes highlight our ability to manage forecourt retail redevelopments, coordinating works within live environments while delivering high-quality, branded spaces for leading operators.
