Description: Childerstone Project Management was appointed to lead the redevelopment of an existing F&B unit at Morfa Retail Park, subdividing the space to deliver a new Costa Coffee drive-thru alongside a new Greggs store.

Our role involved managing activities from RIBA Stages 2–6, including agreeing shell specifications, overseeing design development and planning, managing procurement, and coordinating works on site. The scheme also included remodelling the existing car park to create the drive-thru layout, delivered while maintaining operations within a busy, live retail park environment.
