Expanding Our Nationwide Presence

During 2025, we strengthened our regional footprint with:

• New office in Bristol
• A move into a larger space in Leeds, supporting our growing team and client base
• Continued presence across London and the North

These moves reflect our commitment to being embedded in the regions we serve and partnering more closely with our clients and consultants.

Growing the Childerstone Team

Throughout 2025, our business continued to attract talented professionals who share our proactive, relationship-led approach to project delivery.

2025 Highlights:

• Team expansion from 13 to 31 people
• Welcomed 18 new colleagues
• Key roles added:
– Quantity Surveyor
– Trainee Building Surveyor
– Graduate Project Manager

To recognise the collective success and strengthen relationships across the business, the full team travelled to Portugal during 2025 — celebrating achievements and setting ambitions for 2026.

• Lovisa — 40 stores delivered, 19 more in pre-construction or pipeline
• Jewells — Launch of 7 retail stores in major UK cities

Residential & Mixed-Use

• Victoria Road, Ashford — 284-unit scheme, where we were appointed across PM, EA, DM and QS services

Industrial & Logistics

• Watford Works (Harleyford Capital) — industrial redevelopment targeting BREEAM Outstanding

Looking Ahead to 2026

We continue to build with ambition, and 2026 is set to be another important year:

• Appointing a Development Monitoring Surveyor
• An exciting new milestone coming for our London office with a new premises agreed for Spring 2026
• Celebrating Childerstone’s 4th anniversary in May
• We will also be sharing our Sustainability Strategy — continuing our drive toward greener delivery and responsible project leadership.
