Description: Childerstone Project Management was appointed to deliver landlord works to Units A2–A4 at Trafford Palazzo to facilitate the opening of a new Primark Home store.

The works included a full strip-out of the previous tenant fit-out, installation of three new glazed shopfront screens flanking the main entrance, and the introduction of new blue cladding to align with Primark’s branding requirements. In addition, the scheme involved breaking through between multiple units and upgrading existing utility supplies to support the new store’s operational needs.
