Sam Cronin

Sam joins Childerstone as a Project Director, bringing extensive experience in retail construction and project delivery across major UK and international brands.

Prior to joining Childerstone, Samantha held senior project and construction management roles with organisations including KIKO Milano, McDonald's and Cineworld Cinemas, delivering retail fit-out, refurbishment and leisure projects within fast-paced operational environments. Her background provides valuable expertise in programme management, design coordination, stakeholder engagement and live project delivery.

At Childerstone, Sam works closely with clients and project teams to deliver successful outcomes, drawing on her client-side experience and strong understanding of occupier requirements, operational priorities and brand expectations.
