Katrina Lamberton

Katrina brings over 20 years’ extensive experience in construction and development from her previous tenure at Lendlease. During this time, she contributed to landmark projects including the 60-acre Euston transport hub, a 5 million sq ft office development at International Quarter London for the FCA’s headquarters, and a 50-acre mixed-use scheme at Silvertown Quays. She recently led multidisciplinary teams on the £500m Botanic Place development in Cambridge.

With expertise spanning procurement strategy, design leadership, risk management and programme control, Katrina is recognised for her collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors. She excels at aligning project delivery with commercial objectives, ensuring outcomes that meet the highest standards of quality, safety and sustainability.

Katrina is passionate about promoting health, safety and wellbeing throughout project delivery and takes pride in mentoring emerging professionals within her teams.
