Description: Childerstone Project Management is providing project monitoring services on behalf of Roundshield, the lender, for the redevelopment of Wilberforce Court in Hull City Centre. The scheme involves converting the existing three- to four-storey former office and court building — which includes a partial basement and dual frontage onto High Street and Alfred Gelder Street — into approximately 147 one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Working alongside RPP as Project Manager and GZR as the developer, Childerstone is overseeing progress, quality, and compliance, ensuring the development is delivered in line with funding requirements and the client’s expectations.
