Description: Childerstone Project Management was appointed by Peel to act as Employer’s Agent for the delivery of thermal improvement works at Trafford Palazzo. The project involves a programme of enhancements to improve temperature control within the public areas of the shopping mall, including works to the glazed barrel roof, upgrades to entrance door systems, and the introduction of over-door heating. The works are being delivered within a live retail environment, ensuring continuity of trading for occupiers throughout the construction period. Construction commenced in September 2025, with completion targeted for August 2026.
