Description: Childerstone Project Management was appointed by Realty Income to deliver landlord works across multiple retail park locations to facilitate new lettings to Tapi Carpets. The projects included the refurbishment of former Wilko and Carpetright units at Birstall Retail Park and Boulevard Retail Park, Peterborough. Works comprised full strip-out of previous tenant fit-outs, roof improvement and over-cladding works, internal alterations, and significant upgrades to the shopfronts and façades, including new glazed entrance sections and external cladding. CPM provided full programme and cost management services across both schemes, ensuring coordinated delivery and timely handover to support tenant fit-out and store opening.
