In this short reveal tour, Daniel explains why we’ve expanded our Leeds presence and how the new studio supports client delivery across the UK — alongside our teams in London, Bristol and Glasgow.
A milestone for our team
On the 1st September 2025 we relocated to 12 King Street, Leeds — a larger, light‑filled studio with room to grow and the tools our teams need to deliver projects at pace. We’ve maintained a strong presence in Leeds for years; this move gives our teams more space to collaborate and welcome clients, alongside our offices in London, Bristol and Glasgow.

- Two meeting rooms for workshops and client briefings

- A private seventh‑floor roof terrace for events and team time

Our new Leeds studio sits within a building designed for performance and wellbeing, with EPC A, BREEAM Excellent, WiredScore Platinum and CycleScore Platinum, plus EV bays and extensive cycle facilities.

Part of a growing national team
Since 2022, Childerstone has grown from 4 to 24 people across Leeds, London, Bristol and Glasgow. The Leeds studio currently seats 14 with room for further hiring; 10 colleagues are Leeds‑based today. It’s one of the places our teams come together to plan, coordinate and deliver projects for clients nationwide.

What we’re delivering
Our multi‑disciplinary services cover project & programme management, building surveying, development management, development monitoring and quantity surveying. Current activity includes over 1.75 million sq ft of development: around 1.0 million sq ft in design to planning, 400,000 sq ft of industrial under construction and 600,000 sq ft completed — across logistics & industrial, residential & student accommodation, education, retail & leisure, commercial and mixed‑use.
