Mark Casey

Mark joins Childerstone as a Project Director, bringing over 25 years of experience across the construction and property industry.

A Chartered Building Surveyor by background, Mark has spent much of the last 14 years in client-side project management roles, holding positions with Knight Frank, Kier Property, RO Real Estate and Arax Properties. His experience spans both refurbishment and new-build developments across a diverse range of sectors, including hotel, food retail, student accommodation, residential, office, and industrial & logistics.

At Childerstone, Mark works closely with clients and project teams to deliver successful project outcomes, combining strong commercial awareness with a hands-on and collaborative approach. His extensive client-side experience, technical expertise and attention to detail allow him to successfully navigate complex developments while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, creating long-term value for clients.
