Gregg Pettit

Gregg has worked in the property industry for over 20 years, having started his career with EC Harris as an MEP Engineer in 2003 and becoming a Member of CIBSE in 2006. Since then Gregg has had a variety of roles with experience in delivering a range of Estates and Facilities Management services and capital asset projects within the public and commercial sectors, in both consultancy and client side roles, including Head of Asset Protection, Management and Development at Lee Valley Regional Park Authority, where he oversaw the return of Olympic venues back into public use post the 2012 Olympic Games. During this time Gregg has worked on all types of building from residential to educational, listed buildings to modern architectural Sports venues.

These experiences have given Gregg a unique whole asset lifecycle perspective on building projects and end user requirements and allows him to consider all angles and elements of a project from both the client's and contractor's viewpoint. Gregg’s project, M&E and estates management background allows him to be proactive when identifying potential key problems and dealing with issues in the most efficient and effective way, saving clients time and money in the short, medium and long term.
