Description: Childerstone Project Management was appointed by Realty Income to provide Project Monitoring and Employer’s Agent services in support of the letting and delivery of a new Aldi foodstore at Abbey Retail Park, Daventry. Acting on behalf of the landlord, CPM provided governance and assurance across the design, planning and construction stages of a tenant-delivered scheme, ensuring compliance with the Agreement for Lease, coordination of third-party approvals, and protection of landlord interests through to Practical Completion and handover.
