Will brings over six years’ experience as an architect in the retail and commercial sectors, joining Childerstone Project Management to further develop his expertise in project delivery. With a strong background in design, technical coordination and stakeholder engagement, he has a clear understanding of how projects progress from concept through to completion.

Now transitioning into project management, Will is undertaking a structured training programme and working towards professional qualifications, supporting the wider CPM team across all stages of development.

His architectural experience provides a valuable design-led perspective and an appreciation of the detail and coordination required to deliver successful projects. Will enjoys collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and is committed to building his skills within the construction project management environment.
