Description: Description: Amalgamation of two adjoining retail units within Newport Retail Park to create a new Aldi foodstore.

Appointed as Project Manager, we are overseeing the delivery of a scheme that involves combining two vacant units to form a single, purpose-built space for Aldi. Our role includes coordinating the design, approvals, and contractor teams to ensure smooth integration of the units while managing programme, cost, and quality on behalf of the client.

The works include internal demolition, structural alterations, services integration, and reconfiguration of access and parking layouts to accommodate Aldi’s operational requirements. On completion, the store will provide improved facilities for customers and strengthen the overall tenant mix within the retail park.
