Description: Redevelopment of Star City Retail Park to deliver a new 9,000sqm industrial warehouse with associated office spaces, parking, and a service yard.

Appointed to lead the redevelopment of Star City, we have managed the delivery of a complex scheme involving the demolition and repurposing of existing retail space, relocation of an adjacent drive-thru, and reconfiguration of the site’s road network.
With planning submitted in late 2022, works are due to commence on site in 2023 following a successful tender process earlier in the year. Despite challenges arising from historic base build information, we have worked closely with design consultants and stakeholders to ensure appropriate surveys were carried out and all requirements were resolved within the client’s timescales.
