REFLECTING ON THE YEAR
Our 2026 awayday at Mallory Court Hotel in Leamington Spa opened on Thursday morning to breakfast giving our teams from cross the UK chance to reconnect before the days start, followed by a reflective session led by our Founder and Director, David Watts. David looked back at the past financial year, highlighting what we’ve achieved as a business and the lessons we’ll take forward as we continue to grow.
UNDERSTANDING HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
In the afternoon, Curious Minds UK joined us for an interactive session exploring behavioural colours and working styles. Through role‑play and practical activities, the team gained a better understanding of themselves and each other, focusing on what we do well and how we can continue to improve the way we work together.
TIME TO CONNECT
The first day concluded with drinks and a three‑course meal at the hotel, bringing colleagues together in a relaxed and social setting. It was an opportunity to unwind, share experiences and build stronger relationships across teams.
LOOKING AHEAD
The second day focused on the year ahead, with updates from Dave, Alice and Lewis. Sessions covered business priorities, marketing activity, objective setting and new policies, ensuring alignment and a shared understanding of how everyone contributes to the company’s continued success.
